Donna A. Dulo, since December 2006 to Present, Senior Computational Statistician and Computer Scientist, US Department of Defense, Naval Postgraduate School, Defense Language Institute. Total of 31 years in the DoD.
Donna acts as team leader/supervisor to myriad technical teams, senior computer scientist, software engineer, and systems analyst, mathematician for global Army programs, contracting officer’s representative (COR) on Army technical contracts, representative to Goodfellow Air Force Base and the National Security Agency on Army programs. She also acts as Program Manager on DoD level programs related to Army evaluation and evaluative technical platforms, aviation computational systems researcher at the Naval Postgraduate School on drone aviation safety and software safety systems, and drone security systems.
