Fang Fang received Ph.D. in Operations Management (OM) from the University of Miami and is currently an Associate Professor at California State University, Los Angeles. Her research interests are consumer behavior, pricing strategy, e-commerce, distribution channels, healthcare, and supply chain management. Her research is based on methodology of statistics, causal inference, machine learning, economics, or optimization. Her papers were published in top journals including POMS, Decision Sciences, and JAMDA, etc. She also has experience in strategic and tech consulting for big firms, small businesses, and startups in and outside U.S.
