As VP of Data Science at Service Management Group (SMG), Joe oversees the lifecycle development of advanced analytics, machine-learning models and methodologies, and the strategic roadmap for data science at SMG. He brings 20 years of leadership experience in predictive modeling, advanced analytics, and quantitative analytics for multinational companies in the financial and energy industries. Joe holds a Ph.D. in Operation Research from UCLA and a Master of Arts in Physics from the City University of New York.
