Marvin Bantugan has over 25 years of experience in financial services and information technology. He is a co-founder and CTO for Zventus Blockchain Solutions, a global services and blockchain consulting company. He is also the co-chair for The Hyperledger Foundation Financial Services Special Industry Group Mortgage Subgroup. Marvin also co-founded and was the CTO/CFO for The Closing Exchange, a fintech SaaS national signing services company. Previously, Marvin served as a Principal for North Highland Consulting and worked on numerous acquisitions, due diligence, and integrations.
Marvin also previously served as Executive Vice President with Countrywide Financial Corporation with responsibility for the enterprise-wide customer satisfaction initiative and internal consulting group focused on process improvements and strategic initiatives. Marvin also has an extensive background in information security with senior roles at @stake, an information security consulting company, and Deloitte & Touche LLP.
